No. Unfortunately due to the nature of the business we can not allow for refunds for change of mind.

We send our parcels or satchels through Australia post pre-paid satchels where we can. Generally for a small satchel cost is $10.95 up to an Extra Large at $23.00 In some instances we will use our courier service if it means we can get your parcel to you faster and we don't charge you extra for this service.

We ship all of our orders via Australia Post or Sendle. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a Tracking Number or a photo of your parcel.
